Physical and emotional health are inseparable. After 20 years of studying and teaching about the mind-body relationship, I have compiled in this “Above & Beyond” Lecture, the main concepts for ordinary people to gain superior health, even when compared with high-level athletes.


As a society we have become accustomed to feeling exhausted or without energy at the end of the day – and have accepted it as the norm. This only happens because people don't know the right techniques to sustain high energy all the time. Yes, a new way of life; with more energy, happiness and productivity is possible.


Productivity has a direct correlation to health and energy, which in turn are inextricably linked. When these are combined with the right techniques; and a productive mindset, your personal and professional goals are achieved and exceeded.

    After a long journey as a professional athlete of the Brazilian national team, teacher, therapist, best-selling author, and Health and Fitness Expert, today my main objective is to pass on the theoretical and practical knowledge I’ve accumulated during the last 20 years.

  • About Mariana

    Mariana Cadore is a best-selling author, speaker, fitness expert and health coach. At the age of fifteen, she became a model and her life changed. She spiralled into a vicious cycle of radical diets, which lead to the eating disorder Anorexia. As her health deteriorated, she received medications that resulted in her gaining eighteen kilograms in five months!

    Mariana decided to save her own life.

    She rediscovered exercise and ended up in the Brazilian rowing team. Despite being a high-performance athlete, her relationship with food remained unhealthy.

    It wasn't until she developed fibromyalgia that she faced the problem. She could no longer rely on exercise to cover up her eating problem. She took a journey of self-discovery and achieved complete healing from Fibromyalgia.

    Today, she maintains a healthy relationship with food. In the process of personal development, she created a transformative physical and mental conditioning program known as RESET™ and changed the lives of thousands of people around the world.
